FaxPage Support

How can we help?

Find quick answers for creating cover sheets, importing documents, exporting PDFs, permissions, purchases, and privacy—or email us directly.

Create a fax-ready document

  1. Open FaxPage and choose New fax document.
  2. Select or enter the sender and recipient details.
  3. Add the date, subject, message, page details, and any optional flags.
  4. Choose Classic, Modern, Minimal, Legal, or Compact.
  5. Add PDFs or images if the cover sheet needs attachments.
  6. Arrange the files, then choose Preview & Export.
  7. Review the actual PDF and page count before sharing, printing, or saving.

Attachments are optional. You can also create and export a standalone fax cover sheet.

Import files, photos, and shared documents

Files or Photos

Use the attachment controls inside FaxPage. Files are selected through Apple’s system document picker. Photos permission is requested only after you choose a Photos-based import.

Share a file to FaxPage

  1. Open a supported PDF or image in Files, Photos, or another compatible app.
  2. Open the system Share sheet.
  3. Choose FaxPage. If it is hidden, use More to find or enable it.
  4. Open or return to FaxPage and confirm the staged import.

If a file does not open

  • Confirm it finished downloading from its storage provider.
  • Check that it is not password-protected or damaged.
  • Make sure the device has available storage.
  • Update FaxPage and iOS or iPadOS, then restart the device.
  • Try saving a copy to Files and importing that copy.

If the problem continues, tell support the file type and reproduction steps. Do not attach a sensitive document.

Preview, share, print, or Save to Files

FaxPage generates a combined PDF that you can review before export. Sharing and printing use Apple system services and the destination you select.

If sharing or printing does not work

  1. Close and reopen FaxPage.
  2. Confirm the destination app or printer is available.
  3. Check connectivity if the selected destination needs a network.
  4. Check available device storage.
  5. Update FaxPage and the operating system, then restart the device.
  6. Save the PDF to Files first, then share or print the saved copy.

Privacy, permissions, and local data

FaxPage processes documents locally and does not upload them to a developer-operated document backend. It has no account, analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking.

Change Contacts or Photos access

Open Settings > Privacy & Security, choose Contacts or Photos, and update FaxPage’s access. You can continue using manual entry and other supported import options after denying a permission.

Delete local FaxPage data

Use Delete all local data in FaxPage Settings and complete both confirmations. You can also fully delete the app. Offloading may preserve data.

Deletion does not remove copies already saved to Files, another app, cloud storage, a printer, a recipient, or a backup. Remove those separately at their destination.

Can support recover a deleted document?

No. FaxPage has no account or backend, so support cannot access or recover documents stored on your device. Check any location where you exported a copy and backups you control.

Read the complete Privacy Policy.

Purchase, redownloads, and refunds

Is FaxPage a subscription?

No. FaxPage is a paid-upfront App Store app. It has no subscription and no in-app purchases.

Redownload FaxPage

In the App Store, open the purchase history for the Apple Account used to buy FaxPage, find the app, and choose the redownload control. Availability may depend on App Store status, region, device compatibility, and the Apple Account.

Request a refund

Apple handles App Store billing and refund eligibility. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund, and follow Apple’s instructions.
